"How do we leverage our B2B assets to create a new B2C proposition and business that will lead the market?" – my client’s existing B2B offering was to fly workers out to rigs at sea by helicopter. They wanted to know how they could leverage their assets for a B2C service, to increase utilisation and open new lines of revenue.
It’s hard getting around by car in Sao Paulo, Brazil, making it the perfect city to launch an on-demand air mobility service – which could scale to other cities with similar needs, and later phase in electric helicopters. So we set about designing the business model, service experience, product, and brand from the ground up.
